Lunch: strawberries & blueberries, and 1/4 avocado, baby spinach and kale, and ground turkey (left)
Snacks: apple & a banana
Dinner: 1/4 avocado, boiled broccoli & cauliflower slathered in sriracha, 2 tomato slices, and scrambled eggs with ground turkey (right)
