3rd day.
I’m not going to lie, I’m seriously craving bread SO much. It probably doesn’t help that I’m watching food network though.. But I need to pull through!
Here’s what I had today:
Breakfast: 1 mini egg frittata & a banana
Snack: apple
Lunch: 3 oz. baked salmon, baby spinach & kale, and 1/4 avocado
Snacks: 2 bananas, and a handful of strawberries
Dinner: 3 oz. portion of salmon, sautéed veggies, and a mini egg frittata
